METER MGO 11A

It is designed to control the level of active deposit in secondary settling tanks of sewage treatment plants. It can also be used to check the state of water in reservoirs with high risk of silting and contamination. It consists of a measurement probe connected by a cable with a signal converter and signalling module. LED diode emits infrared radiation on the wavelength of 880mn and the meter measures radiation intensity transmitted through the environment under measurement.

3. How it functions:

The probe is lowered into a settling tank and a detector measures the amount of light unabsorbed by the particles of suspension. When the probe passes the top level of active deposit, a signal is sent to a converter. The converter then emits a short sound, and the control light emits a continuous light. It is also possible to send a signal to a room at a distance by means of a radio line of small power.

Miernik MGO 11B

It is designed to measure turbidity and concentration of particles wherever the quality of water is essential. To achieve a wide range of results both transmitted and scattered light were used for measurement. A meter can give results in NTU (nephelometric turbidity units), units selected individually by a user, in milligrams of solid substance in dm³ and in percentage of absorbed light. Temperature measurement of liquid is an additional function.
